Q1): What kind of surface finish can you do?
Lamination: Glossy lamination, Matte lamination;

Please provide the product specifications, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q3): What format design file do you require for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
Q4): What are the trade terms and payment terms?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before production. We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.
Q5): Can I have a new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can create a high-quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q6): What about the lead time?
It depends on the product. Normally, it takes 5 to 7 workdays after design file confirmation and remittance.
Q7): How will I know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every production process will be sent to you. We will supply the tracking number once shipped.
Q8): What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time for each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, By sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays for express delivery, 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
Q9): How do you calculate the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges based on the estimated Gross Weight (G.W.) when quoting.
